In May of 2013 I left Villanova University and set out into the world armed with a bachelor's degree in English supplemented with a Concentration in Writing & Rhetoric. I'm a published writer and strong editor, and seek to use these qualities in a publishing career. My internship experiences have provided me with experience in marketing, social media and blogging. I'm enthusiastic, creative, organized and efficient, and am eager to learn and develop my publishing career.
Conducted research, wrote articles and assisted editors for business-to-business publication for the promotional products industry. Also wrote posts for the promomarketing.com fashion blog. Administrative duties included entering, organizing and tracking data for over 2,000 companies for Promo Marketing's annual Buyer's Guide issue.

Tutored inmates in all-male maximum security prison as part of semester-long class project. Assisted with development of math and writing skills. Recorded detailed observations of prison environment and inmate behavior for later application of class concepts.
Created and entered posts for fashion, beauty and popular culture blog using CMS. Also edited guest posts to be featured on the site. Built large reader following by closely monitoring popular trends and readers' responses when choosing topics. Was consistently among "Top 5" contributors of blog throughout summer.
